7-Day Free Trial

All new accounts include a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.

Subscription Refunds

If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. We review each request individually and aim to resolve all issues within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Subscriptions where more than 7 days have passed since the billing date
• One-time digital product purchases (prompt packs, templates, etc.) after download
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
